MAFA provides a number of resources for guilds to use in their programs and activities. While these have been listed on the Member Reps group in Yahoo, the intent is to make them available here on the web site as well.

Instructor Database

MAFA member guilds seeking ideas and information about program speakers or workshop instructors can access teacher evaluation forms submitted to MAFA's new Instructor Database by other MAFA guilds. These forms have terrific information about a teacher's classes, fees, usual travel or materials fees and teaching ability.

Ask your MAFA Representative to request copies from Ellen Dorosh, at: database-at-mafafiber.org. Information is accepted from and made available to MAFA member guilds only.

Please help keep the database growing by having program chairs fill out evaluation forms about teachers who have presented programs for your guild. Blank evaluation forms are provided below. Forms completed electronically can be emailed to the address above. Printed forms filled out manually can be mailed to:
