New guild memberships:

  • The first term of guild membership in the MidAtlantic Fiber Association begins on the date of acceptance and ends on September 30 of the next succeeding even-numbered year. 
  • Subsequent terms shall be for two years, beginning on October 1 of even-numbered years and ending 2 years later.
  • New guild membership dues are payable upon acceptance of membership.

Renewing guild memberships:

  • Renewals are due October 1-31 of even-numbered years.
  • Guilds who have not renewed by October 31 of even-numbered years will lose membership privileges.

Guild dues are based on guild membership size. For 2024-2026, dues are:

  • 25 or fewer members: $30
  • 26-50 members: $60
  • 51-100 members: $100
  • 101-150 members: $150
  • 151-200 members: $200
  • 201 or more members: $250

Payment

  • Electronic payment online by PayPal, credit/debit card, or Zelle is preferred. There are no extra fees for online payment.
    • PayPal or credit/debit card are linked directly to the form below.
    • For Zelle, please send your payment to treasurer@mafafiber.org. Note your payment is for dues and include your guild name.
    • If you would like to mail a check, instructions will be sent with your email confirmation. Please do NOT mail a copy of your application with your check.
  • A copy of your application will be emailed for your records.
